Zakat Al Fitr Project

Zakat Al Fitr Project – 2023

By implementing the Zakat al-Fitr project, we aim to achieve social justice, reduce the economic gap between individuals in society, increase solidarity and social solidarity, and encourage giving and donation.

Through the project “Zakat al-Fitr for the year 2023”, the management and team of our organization, yesterday, Thursday, April 20, 2023, distributed Zakat al-Fitr to needy Arab Muslim families residing in Bucharest, either as food products or as financial assistance , according to each case and depending on the nature of his basic needs.

By the grace of Allah Almighty, yesterday, Thursday, April 20, 2023, Zakat al-Fitr was distributed to needy Arab Muslim families residing in Bucharest.

Zakat al-Fitr was distributed both in kind (food items) and in cash, according to each individual case and their essential needs.

Eid Al Adha Project

Through the project and on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, meat was distributed to 151 needy families. These include asylum seekers and refugees living inside and outside the refugee shelter in Bucharest, as well as those who have low financial income and come from different countries, such as: Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Afghanistan, Yemen and other countries.

Through the “Back to School 7 – 2023” project, we aim to increase community solidarity and cooperation and support children and families facing financial difficulties to ensure children’s successful return to school and to discourage school dropouts for economic reasons. Thus, we want to motivate children to make the most of the benefits of education.

“A WARMER WINTER WITH YOUR DONATION” projectThrough the project “A WARMER WINTER WITH YOUR GIFT” from 2023, now in its 6th consecutive edition, 190 blankets were distributed to refugee families living inside and outside the refugee camp in Bucharest, coming from families with limited financial possibilities.
Through the “A WARMER WINTER WITH YOUR DONATION 6 – 2023” project, we aim to provide warmth and comfort to people who suffer from the cold during the winter. Through this project, we collect donations, buy blankets and then distribute them to the poor and needy in the community. This project is an opportunity for solidarity and cooperation in society and contributes to improving the quality of life of people living in difficult circumstances. The project also raises awareness of the importance of helping others and providing support in times of need.

Winter Clothing Project

Through the project “Winter clothes Project “, for the 12th consecutive year – the year 2023, on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, gifts were distributed to needy families, which include asylum seekers and refugees living inside and outside the refugee home in Bucharest, as well as those who have low financial incomes.
This project aims to provide support and assistance to people in need of winter clothing and is considered an opportunity for social solidarity, as individuals can contribute to increasing the winter comfort of those who actually need it. The project also contributes to improving the living conditions of the beneficiaries and enhancing community spirit through dedication and cooperation.

Our charitable activities during the blessed month of Ramadan – for the year 2024

Through the “Iftar Saem 9” project, for the 9th consecutive year, and with the grace of Almighty Allah and the generosity of our dear donors and volunteers, our organization’s management distributed the first meal of Ramadan baskets to needy Muslim families, asylum seekers, and refugees residing in the Bucharest refugee camps, on Sunday, March 10, 2024.

Through the “Iftar Saem  9” project, and for the 9th consecutive year, our organization’s management, with the grace of Allah Almighty and the generosity of our dear donors and volunteers, distributed the second meal from the Ramadan baskets to needy Muslim families, refugees, and non-refugees residing in Bucharest, as well as those with limited incomes, on Saturday, March 16, 2024. With this, the number of distributed Ramadan baskets becomes 110.

 Through the “Joy of Fasting 9” project, for the 9th consecutive year, our organization’s management, with the grace of Almighty Allah and the generosity of our dear donors and volunteers, yesterday, Saturday, March 23, 2024, distributed the third meal from the Ramadan baskets to needy Muslim families, refugees and non-refugees, residing in Bucharest from within and outside the refugee camps, and those with limited income. With this, the number of distributed Ramadan baskets so far becomes 152 Ramadan baskets.

 Through the “Joy of Fasting 9” project, for the 9th consecutive year, our organization’s management, with the grace of Almighty Allah and the generosity of our dear donors and volunteers, yesterday, Saturday, April 06, 2024, distributed the third meal from the Ramadan baskets to needy Muslim families, refugees and non-refugees, residing in Bucharest from within and outside the refugee camps, and those with limited income. With this, the number of distributed Ramadan baskets so far becomes 202 Ramadan baskets.

Eid Al ADHA Project 2024

From our charitable activities :

Distribution of Eid al-Adha meat to 90 families and individuals with no or low income, including asylum seekers, refugees, and non-refugees residing in and outside Bucharest Refugee Camp. Beneficiaries included individuals returning to various countries such as Syria, Iraq, Palestine, Yemen, Sudan, Afghanistan, and others.
